Reservation & Cancellation Policy
- Changes or cancellation may result in fees from INR up to full cost of your stay as per below
- Cancellations made Within 1 day(s) of check in date, full cost of stay shall be charged
- Cancellations before 1 day(s) of check in date, 1st night room & taxes shall be charged.
- The Guests require to furnish a valid ID proof at the time of Reservation. Kindly carry the same along with you to avoid any inconvenience at the time of Check-In. The following documents are recognized for this purpose viz. PAN Card, Driving Licence, Passport or Election Card.
- Reservation must be cancelled 15 days prior to the planned date of arrival. One night's stay will be levied for cancellations received upto 7 days prior to arrival. Full stay will be levied for cancellations received within 7 days prior to arrival.
- For all reservations, a non-refundable deposit of 50% of the total accommodation charges, is required within 7 days of making a reservation. If the advance payment is not received, the reservation will be cancelled.
