Early arrival is subject to availability. For guaranteed early check-in, reservation needs to be made starting from the previous night. Later check-outs are available on request and subject to availability.

All bookings must be guaranteed at the time of reservation by a Credit Card or Travel Agency. All major credit cards are accepted.

Changes or cancellation may result in fees from INR up to full cost of your stay as per below
Cancellations made Within 1 day(s) of check in date, full cost of stay shall be charged
Cancellations before 1 day(s) of check in date, 1st night room & taxes shall be charged.
The Guests require to furnish a valid ID proof at the time of Reservation. Kindly carry the same along with you to avoid any inconvenience at the time of Check-In. The following documents are recognized for this purpose viz. PAN Card, Driving Licence, Passport or Election Card.
Reservation must be cancelled 15 days prior to the planned date of arrival. One night's stay will be levied for cancellations received upto 7 days prior to arrival. Full stay will be levied for cancellations received within 7 days prior to arrival.
For all reservations, a non-refundable deposit of 50% of the total accommodation charges, is required within 7 days of making a reservation. If the advance payment is not received, the reservation will be cancelled.

Two children up to 8 years of age can stay in the parent's room without an additional charge. However, a maximum of one child's bed can be placed in a room which will be provided at an additional charge.

All children under 4 years stay free of charge when using existing bedding. However, a maximum of one child's bed can be placed in a room which will be provided at an additional charge.
All children under 2 years stay free of charge for cots.
All older children or adults are charged EUR 50.00 per night and person for extra beds.
Maximum capacity of extra beds/babycots in a room is 2.
