TheModPost is a web based, loss mitigation / loan modification software and short sale software being run as an online service. When the client wanted to develop it as multi-user software to give his clients a 360-degree view of all borrowers, prospects, and active client files, AWATA Software Systems, came up with an OOP design based on MVC architecture. It was developed using the following technologies: PHP 5.x, MySQL 5.x, GD library, CURL, AJAX, SOAP, HTTP-Tunnelling, and a few open source Image processing scripts. This application provides instant, real time visibility and enables easy collaboration between multiple levels of users across different companies / players in this market - borrowers, agents, accounts executive, processing companies, quality controlers, lawyers, and loan auditors. The SaaS is now being used by more than 10,000 users.
