The success of AWATA Software Systems, is due to the hard work, experience and initiative of its CEO, Dr. P. Sekar and his team. Mr. Sekar holds a Ph.D in Computational Physics. He is up-to-date with technology and has a background of internet entrepreneurial, technical and management experience. He is oriented towards business development, alliance building, software design, strategic growth, tactical marketing, negotiating & closing contracts.

Ms. J. Manimegalai, B.E, Project Manager, is driven by challenges, with performance excellence and the ability to effect latest technologies for clients requirements. She has strong orientation in process development and is a valuable contributor to our technology department. She is skilled in leveraging organizational resources with excellent judgement and timing.

Ms. R. Veeralakshmi, B.E, Team lead, is a techie, oriented towards software development and long term maintenance. She helps the company adhere to timelines most of the time.
